Remember to state the proposal title, name of the proponent organization (s), and website, contact information, proposed project rationale, and objectives, and a description of how the project will be innovative, transformational, or impactful in achieving the desired objectives; its alignment with national priorities and with the priorities and objectives of the African Development Bank's priorities and the ACCF. The length of the Concept Note may differ based on the type of Call for Proposals.

"The Note should also:
(i) explain how the proposal aligns with the Bank's priorities, including the objectives of its 10-year strategy to achieve inclusive and green growth, or one or more of its High-Five priorities — Light Up and Power Africa, Feed Africa, Industrialize Africa, Integrate Africa, and Improve the Quality of Life for the People of Africa;
(ii) describe the activities to be undertaken and their key outputs, including a log frame table showing the objectives, outcomes, and outputs;
(iii) describe the applicant's or organization(s)' technical expertise and fiduciary capacity to manage and implement the proposed project(s), including human and financial resources, as well as financial management, procurement, and reporting procedures/standards; and
(iv) provide an approximate project budget by expense category, showing the grant amount required from ACCF, as well as counterpart funding by the proponents (and, if applicable, any other co-financing)."
